Infant feeding and sleeping. Learn what’s normal and what’s not.

Finding time for self-care, going back to work, navigating new relationships, and more.
GROUP structure
This is a six-week, in-person group designed for you to meet other new moms. Attendees will receive an email with more instructions closer to the first day.
